I know anyone has the right to sure anyone else for anything.
But this is an ridiculous. How could they possibly win? Any other company's go
to mount doesn't necessarily mean it's a copy of theirs.

What right do they have to sue Celestron??
They have every right to sue anybody, thats the way
the law is written. The question is what motivation do they have. The
motivation is that they are a public company and have to do something to bring
dividends to their investors. They have to raise cash, and a good way to do
that is to sue everybody in hopes of getting a monopoly on the GoTo mount
market. If they win, they will have a nice income stream from their
competitors.
