[APML] [OT] Dumb PS question: some tools vanished!

Dear all,
I apologize for such a dumb question, but since I upgraded Photoshop from 
6.0 to 6.0.1 some tools (e.g. the measure tool and the bucket tools) seem 
to have disappeared from the toolbox. The stupid HTML "online" help is 
almost useless and I've got no clue how to get them back in their place.

Might some PS whiz of you guys help me out with that?
