You're probably right about the reflections on the Horsehead being from the GEG reducer lens reflecting back to the corrector but I don't know for sure.  The Veil hardly showed at 45 minutes last month.  90 minutes at f7.5 (used the GEG with reducer in that mode) made all the difference.

    Did you guide the veil shot at the full focal length of your optical tube? I haven't tried for the veil yet but as I understand it it's a tough target! I think it looks pretty good !

Here's a few more with my 10" SCT from last weekend.  All are redos from last month.  I took your suggestions and went much longer on these which show much more detail than last month's on the unhypered LE400 I've been using for comparison. Unfortunately the Veil was the only image I got a pair of for stacking and it did not track very well.  M33 is much more blue than I think is waranted but I had trouble with the levels keeping the detail, darkening the sky and minimizing the blue at the same time.  Please let me know what you think and offer suggestions.  Thanks.
