I have a 56k connection and actually get 53.3 most of the time. I would be
very reluctant to open a 1meg image file unless I was really interested in
seeing it and I hate web pages that have thumbnails which are not really
thumbnails but direct links to huge 1 meg files because the person doesn't
know how to set up a page.
