[APML] Clipping (was: Raw Scans)

Steve,

The main problem is the film has been scanned incorrectly.  The image is
clipped on the high end and low ends of all three channels.  To
understand what that means, please read
http://people.ne.mediaone.net/mbendaniel1/articles/curves.htm.

You need to adjust the scanning parameters to avoid clipping.  Most of
the images on your web site are clipped and would look much better if
they weren't.
