[APML] Film Processing Methods

I am curious about how other astrophotographers process or obtain 
processing of their images.  Many of my images have been made on 
transparency film but I have also started to use print film and do my 
printing at a rental darkroom facility since I don't like the inflexibility 
of consumer photo labs nor do I want to deal with the expense of commercial 
labs.  If anyone wants to post on how they handle processing either on the 
list or to me privately, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.
