[APML] Goodbye to the list
To: APML Participants
RE: Unsubscribing from the list
My apologies to you for sending the Unsubscribe notice the way I did. I did
not have any messages, as I wiped them from my Inbox before sending the
Unsubscribe message. Nor do I have my original message for signing up to
the list, as it was lost when Outlook went haywire on me - perhaps some of
you remember my emails regarding that. (Thank you for the help, by the
way.)
To explain, my time is completely consumed by work. I develop software for
a living, and major projects have completely consumed all my spare time. I
have not been able to take my telescope and camera out of the closet for the
past three months, let alone read any emails from the list, much as I would
have liked to. I also do not see this letting up in the near future, which
is why I am unsubscribing from the list.
To Michael Covington: I read your book (all of it, from cover to cover),
and it is an excellent resource for astrophotography. I take it into the
field with me, when I find the time to go, and use it as a reference. Thank
you very much for writing it. It has found an honored place among my books.
And to all the others who have taken the time to respond to my queries,
thank you also for your help and suggestions. They were all much
appreciated.
