Raymond, I think I agree with the earlier post that given the f-ratio and the film speed (even if you push processed it), you need more exposure time. Guiding and framing are good.

Single image of 30 min North America (main target) + 1/3 Pelican Nebula, taken by Leica M280mm lens at F5.6, on EM200 mount with webcam autoguide by 50mm finder (183mm focal length), at East Dam, Sai Kung, Hong Kong on 13-07-2004.

Focus is a bit soft due to very dim viewfinder in Ricoh camera body (20 years old).

Transparency : about 7/10
Stability : about 7/10
Wind : mild
Light pollution : some squid boats there with strong flood lights.
(one of the very good clear summer nights, if not light pollutted by squid boats).
