I bought one of these:

It works fine, and it's much cheaper than the Novoflex.
There's some others on ebay, a couple of dollars cheaper, but they ship
from overseas, this one ships from the US (although I'd bet it's made
overseas).
Do a search for "Nikon Lens to Canon EOS mount adapter " on ebay.
