Hey Scott,

Technically, they are both excellent. I tend to agree with you about
the color, although I think it may be a little more than that. The
Rosette looks weak and a little washed out. I'm the last one to tell
you how to fix it though. Orion looks like it MAY have a similar
problem , but it may be the fact that you've picked up a fair amount of
the faint background nebulosity that makes me think that. It is nice
and deep, and I love the FOV.
