[APML] Semi-OT: Primary Mirror made to spec (eBay auction)

Has anyone here heard of this company?  They claim to make a 14" 
primary to spec'd focal length from f/4.5 to f/7, with .97 Strehl 
(~1/10th wavefront) for $450 ($550 Buy It Now).
