I have one for my Mituboshi 6X9 and I believe the one you are referring to
in the Astromart ad was for Loke Tan's camera. Both were custom made by a
machinist friend of mine. The ground glass was purchased from B&H in New
York. The holder was machined to fit in place of the Horseman film back
for composing. It works very well.

Unfortunately, my friend has moved and I don't now how to contact him. I
could send you some detailed digital photos of the holder off line. You
should be able to find a machinist who can fabricate the holder. It's not
complicated.
