[APML] Why not combine images in RegiStar?

Hey All,

As I continue to work my way through Jerry's book, I continue to have
questions, so don't shoot. 8-)

Just covered "Registering images". It seems to indicate that the images
can be registered in Registar, but should not be combined there. The
file should be saved for later compositing in PS. Can anyone tell me
why?
