It depends on the content of the image. If you have a frame on E200 with 
extremely high resolution, like with 15 micron stars, then you should scan 
it at 4000ppi, if the scanner has a true optical resolution of 4000ppi. If 
your scanner only has a max optical resolution of 2700ppi, then scan it at 
2700ppi as interpolation in the scanner software will not help you gain 
more resolution.
