[APML] California Nebula redux - added Gaussian Blur + Sharpen

Thx to everyone for their feedback. John Kolb emailed me and suggested
trying the Gaussian Blur filter.  Ddn't know it existed, but I gave it a try
and was quite impressed with the result. Some of you requested to see a
larger image, so it is slightly larger, with the ability to click on it for
an even larger image.
