When I'm (the camera) in focus, the focuser drawtube is racked about
1/2" away from maximum in-focus. With the 2 reducers I tried (Taurus
and Tak), even when racked all the way in, Vega was still a huge blob
several 7mm EP fields wide. It was so faint I almost missed it. All of
which (as you know) explains why I was looking into the Lumicon
guiders.
