Hi Joe,
I tried some of the 800 Versatility Plus also and
found it came out with a strong blue cast but it did seem to get some pink,
though not like EC200.

When I bought Kodak
Professiona Ultra Color 400 I also bought a couple rolls of Kodak
Versatality 800 because of its "Low Light" designator. I shot the
Pelican, N.American, Flaming Star and Rosette nebulea all at 90mins
each. Nothing on the Versatality 800 came out good with one
exception.
All objects photographed came out a
very light pink, almost grey, hardly any red at all. The Flaming neb
star was almost totally absent of pink but the blue reflection portion
surprizingly came through quite
well.
