Bill, Stuart, Nicola, and Bradley,

Thanks for the help and suggestions.  Bradley let me do some test FTPing to
his server and it worked like a charm using my old reliable WS_FTP.  My
success on his server shows its not me, its my web host.  They have changed
something over the year that I was dormant on my web site when I was in
school.  I'll contact their tech support and see what the heck.
