Hello,
This galaxy in Pisces
turned out to be a lot harder to image properly than I thought ... turns out
that you need enormous signal to noise to record the faintest elements ... in
the process a maze of faint galaxies showed up in the background ... hard to
say if some of these are galaxies or faint stars ... but I'll bet a
significant number are galaxies ... there seem to be some groupings in the
upper left part of the image. Five hours of luminance with a 14.5" f/8
Cassegrain under cold and dark winter skies gets you ...
Have a good
one,
Tony
