Bob,
Where about in Wisconsin are you?
I was out tonight also. Lots of clouds, the high
thin ones.
I was just across the Illinois-Wisconsin line.
Over by a town
called Juda.
I didn't noticed anything. Last night was a
different story.

Subject: [APML] Southern Lights???
Pulled in the driveway tonight and notices a pale
green glow along the southern horizon and some shimmery red curtains of light
extending up perhaps 30-40 degrees. The display lasted for about maybe
30-45 minutes before clouds washed everything out. Shot a roll of PJ400
with a 28mm fisheye, we'll see what happens.
Oh, by the way, I live in Wisconsin - 43 degrees
NORTH latitude. The aurora - on the southern horizon. What's THAT
all about?
:)
