Sorry Chris, but i don't like your pic...
The nebula seems very fine, but the stars and background are too red for me. The red maximun (in the histogram) is brighter than the G&B channels, and for sure it is the background that is unbalanced. Also the stars looks too much red, and there are some of them that are pure white, without "details" (oversaturated). I think that some little changes with curves can make miracles ;-)
Sorry again for the negative comment... but i think that you can improve the image a lot with a better balance.
