[APML] The Rosette and NGC 2244

Hi List,
Here is the second image I’ve managed to get processed from my recent
trip. Medium format on E200 would probably do this object more justice,
but I am happy with the hypered RG200 results. I only managed to get 1
shot of this target and now wish I’d opted for a second. Hopefully I’ll
get a Tech Pan shot to layer with it very soon, although it will be via
smaller equipment.

Processing was done in Photoshop 6 using many of Jerry's techniques from
his book. The image was scanned at 4000dpi with a SS4000. I used a
higher dpi setting on this image than normal because I only had 1, do
you think that is helpful or is anything more than around 2800 overkill?
Almost all processing was done in the 16 bit mode.
