Hey guys---Gene never said 'Yahoo'-- please read his post again.

He also said there was an e-mail package he hadn't evaluated yet.
If you can get email from the proposed web-based group, and if you can get 
it without html, why should you care if other folks can read it on line?

A number of people posting recommendations against a web based 
list are regular contributors on the 3138 member SBIG Yahoo group--this 
includes people who said they would leave APML if it went to Yahoo due to
their concerns over copyright statements in the Yahoo charter.

Three thousand members?!! Does anyone seriously believe that being web 
based has caused the size of that group to dwindle?

Lets see what capabilities and issues there are with the web based forum
before rejecting it.
