    Or, you could set up a Hotmail or Netscape account and have APML email
sent there. Then you would enjoy web based email access from a web browser
anywhere. I also get 100+ emails daily and tons of spam - that's what mail
rules are built for. Rules can toss all your APML mail into a single folder
automatically.
    I too am happy with the current email based APML and a web based archive
to look up old stuff.

no, with a web based forum you can do either...have it send
you email OR read/resond via the web. Lets you participate
when you are away from your email account or opt out of
email all together. It would be just like apml today with the
added benefit of web access.
