You don't quite say this, but I assume you also looked directly at the
negatives on a light table or held up to a light and saw them, right?

Assuming that is the case, it's possible it's just water marks, I've
seen this on some of my film when developed at a local drugstore.
What I've done is bring the film home, soak it for a minute or two in
cool water, add a bit of Photo-Flo (it's a wetting agent) and hang the
film up to dry again.

I can't see the marks on the web site, so I'm assuming either they are
*really* small or you've only picked the shots without them.
