Re: [APML] Kodak reply regarding RG and Supra films

Kodak seems to want to keep us guessing about what they are doing (or maybe
they don't know either!) I just checked their web site, and the Supra data
sheets were referenced as of Oct 25, 2002 with no indication that there are
any changes or plans to stop production. When PPF and PJ were discontinued,
the data sheets were revised to reference the film they recommended as a
replacement (Portra replaced PPF and Supra replaced PJ). They even
announced the changes that have occurred in Royal Gold films. Their
announcements on the data sheets have usually been a couple months before it
happened.

I think we have to read the announcement Alan got from Kodak as yet to
happen. I suppose there's a slim chance that Kodak changed their minds
about canceling Supra. I have a supply in my fridge just in case.
