[APML] SS4000 Questions

Hey all,

I finally have the SS installed on my computer and I
have a couple of questions.

First of all, I'm not sure what the overall concensus
is on whether to use pre-scan settings, or to scan
raw. If you have an opinion, let it fly.

There is a box for 'Resample method'. The options are:
nearest neighbor, mixed mode, bilinear, bicubic. What
the heck are these, and which one is the best setting?

Should anything be done with the histograms at this
stage?
