[APML] Meade LXD55 Series

Does anyone use Meade's LXD55 system?

Any views on the mount for astrophotography? I assume you'd choose the EC
(Electronic Controller) that allows guiding (it seems) over the GOTO
capability, yes?

There are several OTAs (6", 8", 10" Schmidt-Newtonians) available, any
inputs on any of them? They also sell some achromats but I'd guess these are
pretty bad.

No, I'm not selling my Tak, this is for someone else.
