[APML] Leonids & ISS
Looks like there will be an extra treat during the Leonids. The ISS will be making a pass over the U.S. around 1140-1150 UT, just after the second predicted peak of 1036 UT. Its groundpath runs roughly from Seattle, WA to New Orleans, LA, however it will only be visible east of the mid-continent.
This might be a great photo opportunity, even close to twilight. For more information, go to www.heavens-above.com to find out the local information for your site (including times and sky charts).
Good luck to everyone tonight and Clear (& Dry) Skies!!!!
