[APML] IC4604 reworked

Hello,

I want to let you know that I reworked the image we posted yesterday,
because Stefan Ziegenbalg used other settings to remove interferences with
his software (  http://www.simage.org/ ) which added less grain in the final
image and I added the blue channel as a synthetic luminance channel which
raised the SN so that I was able to show fainter parts of that image.
