[APML] Blue hour

Hi all,

weīve added an image of a rarely photographed region of the sky, itīs the
reflection nebula area of IC4603 and IC 4604.

The image is a bit noisy because strong interference had to be removed (see
the comments below the image) but I think itīs worth posting it.
