[APML] Strange scanned image

Hello Everyone,

I just got scanned by a photoshop some shots from last night out, a
couple of the region aroung Gamma Cygni and another to M45.
Looking at the picture there is a big circular bright blob at the
center of the image and it gets darker and darker all the way out
toward the external part of the picture. It can't be vignetting because
I took other shots with the same lens and there was nothing like that.
Moreover, if you look at the "borders" of the circle where there is the
slope of brightness, on the right side of the circle it tends to red,
while on the other side it tends to blue. My guess is that it was badly
scanned but before to go back to the photoshop I'd like to know if you
have ever seen something like that and how to correct it at scanning
time.

Thanks a lot
Nicola
