Hi Katz,

I don't think so. It looks like 2264 is an open
cluster. On Bobby's shot, he refers to the Cone being
off to the left of NGC 2264 and from what I can tell
on my Sky Atlas 2000, he's right. There is no number
designation for the Cone.
