[APML] Payment for astrophotos

Steve Barnes asked how much I got paid for my photos in Backyard Astronomers Guide. The answer is: I don't know exactly. FYI I did just receive the attached message from Dickinson. He has told me that Firefly's standard textbook rates are:

* less than 1/4 page $up to $75
* 1/4 to 1/2 page  up to $100
* 1/2 to full page up to $200
* cover $400
