I am trying to make or buy a cable to adapt my venerable st4 15 pin relay connector to the RG11 phono jack input on the hand paddle on my Astrophysics AP1200 mount.  Can anyone help me by either directing me to a schematic, or where I can obtain one?  Thanks!
