Dew? I didn't know there was a dew scale.
Transparency? Who knows? Great transparency at sea level
may be just so-so at 12,000 feet.
Seeing? I prefer to talk about seeing in arcseconds but even
that is problematic. What time period would you like to use?
Seconds? Minutes? Total excursions over the length of your
exposure?
There is a seeing scale based on how stable the airy disk and
diffraction rings are but that's aperture dependent.
