That's amazing... I'm really not sure
how you can get something to come out that bad! First off... Kodak Supra might
be at fault... some of the "modern" Kodak films self destruct in anything beyond
blinding daylight illumination. Secondly it could be bad scanning. Third, it
could be bad processing... bad bleach can cause leuko-cyan dye formation that
has this effect. If all else fails, I would be willing to take a look at the
negs and give you my two cents worth...
