I'm
curious about what kind of resolution amateurs are able to achieve when
photographing the sun. If you have a small telescope, say a 3" or 4" refractor
capable of resolving 1.1 to 1.5 arc seconds, daytime seeing will limit you to
somewhat worse resolution. Is it more like 2 arcseconds? 3 arcseconds? 4
arcseconds? Can anyone point me toward some sites with good hi-res solar
photos?
