One other thing I forgot to mention, and that you probably already know, is
that Registar will not do any of the other post-processing things that PW
will.  So, if you don't already have an image processing application like
PhotoShop, and can only justify buying one software package, PW will do
compositing and all the other stuff.  If you already have an image
processing application and are just looking to composite, then Registar is a
winner.
