Hello,
One of my projects during the Leonid Meteors was to shoot Ursa Major during maximum activity for 30 minutes, divided into 5 minute intervals. I used a 50mm f/1.4 stopped down to f/2. I have "assembled" all the meteors that recorded during the 30 minutes paying extreme attention to where they are... since this is a guided image it was fairly easy to guarantee placement by comparing frames. To my surprise the 50mm also recorded M51 and M101 which I have marked. The image is at:
