[APML] Aurora!!!!!!!!

WOW!!!! It was amazing! Here in NW N.C. (Wilkesboro). It started about
9:30 and lasted past 10:30. I'd see bright red columns perpendicular to the
North Horizon that would slowly expand and fade. I ran up to the house and
woke my wife up. By that time the sky was glowing red all the way to at
least 35 - 40 deg above the horizon. That faded and then the bright red
columns returned, faded, returned. It was the first I've ever seen and it
was fantastic.

Was there any Aurora alert from space news?
