That's why I think fisheye lenses capture large objects like the zodiacal
light and gegenschein well...less vignetting problems means it's easier to
show the extended structure of these objects.
Yup, at Okie-Tex star party this year, just before morning
twilight...zodiacal light and winter milky way looked like two searchlight
beams making a giant X in the sky. Hard to ignore.
