[APML] RG200+SHQ100 Composite Posted

Here's one I've been playing around with for a while. It's a composite of
two shots taken in September with the Epsilon on 35mm hypered Royal Gold 200
and hypered Fuji Super HQ 100. I took John Boudreau's advice and hypered
the RG200 for 2 hours, 50C, 3 psi. The SHQ100 was hypered for 3.5 hours,
50C, 3 psi. Both of these films showed strong blue response - one of the
reasons for this composition was to see about that.

There was a lot of interesting faint stuff in the scans, some of which was
beyond my skills to bring out well in the final (sRGB) image. I've been
experimenting with different techniques in PW, including brightness masks,
processing R, G, and B channels individually, and attempts at
anti-vignetting. I was unable to duplicate Sean Walker's AV technique in
PW, mainly because none of the blur transformations I tried would blur the
image as much as the example in S&T. This resulted in much less effect
during the composite step, requiring more of the overlay to be applied, and
ultimately causing a loss in the faint details. I'm still trying some other
methods, and I'll post one if it works out. Oval-based gradients have shown
some promise, but I haven't mastered them yet.
