Looks great Darin!  I have a similar set up with a 10" meade SCT.  Tracking
and focus both look pretty much on to me.  Don't really know what the best
color balance should look like.  You will definitely get a lot more detail
with longer exposures.  Did you crop the frame much here?  The GEG will
usually stretch the stars in the corners some in that mode and your image
doesn't show it too much.
