Sorry, I don't have a picture of this setup.  You can see the 4x5 camera at
Jack Schmidling's page:

I just replace the vacuum back with a Graflex 4x5 back.  You can see one of
these at:

Mine has a 6x8 cm opening rather than the 6x6 in the picture.
