I too can't wait to get a copy!!  It maybe too late to ask this, but do you have a CD Rom with images and a working image file as a follow up? or with the book?

 

Can I buy this book direct from you or from the publisher?

 

From what I have seen of the threads here, your book will be as popular as Robert Reeves masterpiece! <G>
