Hello Eric,

I would recommend that you join some webcam imaging groups mailing lists 
like QUIAG, digital planets,  etc in the Yahoo Groups.  You will get a lot 
of info there...

I'm not sure how good the 830k is but most imagers use the 840k.  Here are
