[APML] Convex security mirror + aurora

Hi all,

Since the aurora, My interest in convex seurity
mirrors has rekindled, and am wondering if anyone here
has experiance with exposure times against one of
these.

Would focusing on the mirror make my exposures
somewhat longer?

Ill more then likely be using a 50mm f 1.8 lens

Ill be purchasing a 160 degree 18" mirror.
