[APML] Male SCT thread measurements

Hi list,
I need to build a 2-inch to SCT thread adapter: I could get it everything 
done by a machinist, since I'm not familiar with lathe work at all.

Therefore, I ask you all the following question: does anybody know the 
exact measurements (i.e. diameter and pitch) of the male 8" SCT thread? I 
can measure the diameter, but with the thread it is not as easy :-))
