RE: [APML] OT: Spam prevention?

I went to the link and the first bullet talks about emails and listgroups and how list groups disguise email addresses these days. 
Naturally this made me wonder:  Are our email addresses disguised in the APML archives?  The answer is no.  
So then I wonder if there's any reason that they couldn't be disguised in the APML archives?  This would be an additional line of defense against spam.

You're wasting your time reporting them.

You can try an intelligent filter, but the easiest thing to do is just 
change your email address every 6 months or so for the public lists you 
subscribe to, that's what I do.
